Redemption Instructions

Please confirm pick up location by emailing tour provider. Click´Contact Supplier´.  Please be ready at your designated pickup location at 8 a.m or 9 a.m. according to which departure you chose. Pickup starts at 8:00 (or 09:00) and can take up to 30 minutes.

Pickup Information

Our pickup can take up to 30 minutes so please wait at your pickup location from the time written on your ticket. In Reykjavik City Center, pick up directly from hotels is not permitted, therefore there are special bus stops within walking distance that are specifically for pickup/drop off for airport transfers and tours. For further information and to find which bus stop you should select for pick up, please enter your accommodation address in the search box of www.busstop.is. Please note, city center hotels aren’t included in the pick up list, you will need to select your closest bus stop number.
