-Once you have made your reservation, please contact the local partner at least 48 hours prior to your tour and they will get back to you with your pickup time. You can contact the local partner at reservations@pezgato.com or asistente@pezgato.com. -If you made your reservation with less than 12 hours of the time of the tour, please give us a call at +52-624-143-3797 or 619-446-6339 from 9am to 5pm, otherwise send us an e-mail to the e-mail above. - If your hotel is not listed above, please contact us at reservations@pezgato.com or asistente@pezgato.comand we will get back to you with your pickup time. - Minimum drinking age is 18 years

If you have requested transportation: - Once you've made your reservation, to confirm your pickup, please contact us. - Please be at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. - Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. - If your hotel is not listed above, please contact us and we will get back to you with your pickup information.
