Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• This is not a direct entry ticket, the tour guide will bring it. • This tour starts at your hotel/apartment and ends at the FCB Stadium. • Please, inform in advance, in which hotel/apartment you will stay. You can do it directly on your reservation or you can inform us by phone or by mail, indicating your booking reference, preferable maximum 48h before start the tour. If we do not receive the Information at least 24h before departure, we will cancel the tour applying the stipulated cancellation fees. • IMPORTANT: Due to the works currently taking place at the Spotify Camp Nou, it is only possible to enter into the FC Barcelona Museum.
