For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Admission tickets to Stonehenge and Wilton house not included. If you wish to visit other locations (Salisbury Cathedral or Hampton court palace) additional charge applies which is payable to driver as a cash payment. Check opening dates/times before booking this transfer service. Driver won't act as a guide. • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. Wheelchairs, Walkers, surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. • Last minute vehicle upgrades may not be possible. Therefore contact the supplier directly to discuss any excess luggage details. • Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from pre-requested pickup time. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. • Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment. • Inform the supplier age of the children traveling with you in order us to provide a free baby seat or booster seat for the duration of the travel.  (subject to availability) • Please make sure to book correct vehicle type.
