Pickup Information

Please state your preferred pick-up time when booking. The pickup time is the disembarkation time that the driver will arrive at the cruise terminal. Generally the ships arrive at 5am, with the first passengers disembarking at 6am. Please note: The cruise company will give priority to passengers who have to catch flights at the airports. However, you should be able to select what time you would like to come off the ship, therefore if you wish to disembark the ship by 8am, it will be arranged for you to have your luggage and to be off the ship by 8am.

Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible but will transport foldable wheelchairs, pleas notify the local supplier.

The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 3 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van. 9 to 14 adults traveling with 14 big suitcases, 14 small suitcases, subject to availability a 16 seater minibus or two 7 seater vans.
