Redemption Instructions

We will contact you prior to your adventure to your phone number in the order we receive. Please expect a text or whatsapp message as the time gets closer to your date of tour. Please do provide hotel name and room number (if you have it already), and if you come on a cruise, please provide the cruise line name, we will monitor your assigned terminal the day of arrival and wait for you with a personalized sign just off the ramp of your cruise ship when you disembark. If we do not have these details, we will contact you to get this valuable information prior to your date requested. If we can not established any form of confirmation or communication, either via Viator, Email, Text or Phone Call, we will consider it a "No-Show" and no refund will be honor.

Pickups are at 9:00AM or 10:00 AM: We pick you up anywhere in Banderas Bay. Our tours generally begin at your hotel lobby, residence of choice, including cruise ship visits at P.V. terminals, or selected villas. Please note that we operate on Jalisco local time (Pacific Time Zone).

What to Bring: Comfortable footwear and light clothing, medication (if needed), sunscreen and/or a hat, and a camera or smartphone.

Don't Forget to Bring Cash: Either USD, CAD or MXN pesos. This helps with tips and spontaneous purchases or extra activities you may choose during the tour. Some local treasures of Puerto Vallarta may only accept cash.

We do not provide car seats for children and infants, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. For safety reasons, infants cannot sit on a parent’s lap during the ride. We strongly recommend using a separate, properly secured car seat to keep your little ones safe and comfortable.
