Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Please, email us at chile@grayline.com or call (56 2) 2244 4141 or (56 9) 7707 5564 at least 24 hours prior to the departure date of the tour to reconfirm date of travel, hotel, pickup time, and location for your tour. You can either print your voucher or show the e-voucher at the time of check-in. • If there is a possibility of cancellation after the confirmation is due an exceptional emergency or technical issues. In the event of this occurring, you will offer an alternative or the full refund.

Pickup Information

5:15 AM TO 6 AM (Depending on your Hotel location). Remember that your hotel have to be located nearby the Line 1 of the Metro stations (Santiago's subway). We do pick up from hotels located nearby Santiago downtown, Providencia, Las Condes, Vitacura.
