Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

Present your booking confirmation (either printed or on mobile) at the Siam Dragon Cabaret Show entrance to receive your physical entry ticket. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the show starts. Travelers who opted for hotel transfers will receive their tickets directly from the driver. The voucher will also be sent separately via email and WhatsApp after confirmation.

Pickup Information

Hotel pickup and drop-off are available only from Chiang Mai Old Town and Chiang Mai city center hotels. Please ensure your hotel address is within this zone to use the shared transfer service. Our team will reconfirm your exact pickup time via WhatsApp or email one day prior to your show date. Please be ready in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time (between 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM). This is a shared transfer, so minor delays may occur depending on other guest pickups. If your hotel is outside the pickup area, we will suggest the nearest designated point. Missed pickups due to late arrival are non-refundable.
