Redemption Instructions

Please bring a valid ID and credit card with your voucher to our store location. Riders must be at least 16 years old to ride an electric bike. Any rider under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Attachments, such as tag-a-longs and trailers, are not permitted on electric bikes. Our store hours are: November-March: 9AM - 5PM April - October: 9AM - 7PM
