Meeting and Pickup
Aloha! Please complete waivers and call us ASAP (you could forfeit your dive otherwise) we require further info like shoe sizes and emails. Please call the day before for dive locations (dictated by weather). We may not dive the location above. * International divers, please contact us via WhatsApp.
Redemption Instructions
Aloha! Please call us at (808) 495-9559 at your earliest convenience. If you do not call before your dive, your booking will be forfeit with NO REFUNDS. Please have EACH diver complete this waiver AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, as you may require a physician's note to dive: https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/66425a78a9d27/web/ It is each diver's responsibility to complete the medical waiver online, and if needed, obtain a letter of consent from my physician to clear them for diving. Aloha Maui Diving is not responsible for diver's failure to obtain clearance and will not issue a refund if they cannot dive. We look forward to speaking with you and adventuring with you into the beautiful West Maui waters!
