Redemption Instructions

Your booking will be confirmed instantly on Viator. Once booked, a Dune Quest Tours Booking Manager will contact you within 30 minutes to confirm your reservation and provide all further instructions. If you have booked with private transfer: Your Booking Manager will provide your pick-up time and location details ahead of your safari. If you are self-driving: Your Booking Manager will send you the Buggy Station address. A Dune Quest Tours guide will meet you at the office desk on arrival and provide directions to the desert location, where a guide will greet you at the entrance and show you to your seats. For any urgent queries, your Booking Manager is available via WhatsApp at +971 50 747 8500.

Pickup Information

Hotel pickup is available for travelers within Dubai. Once your booking is confirmed, our Booking Manager will contact you within 30 minutes to arrange your pick-up time and location. Self-drive travelers will be sent the Buggy Station address and meeting point details directly by our Booking Manager upon confirmation. Please note: To guarantee hotel pickup, bookings must be made before 11:00 AM on the day of your safari.
