The Mt. Suspension Bridge tour option requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the required minimum is not met, we will inform you of the need to revise, change, or cancel the tour.

The itinerary and details may be adjusted in response to unexpected changes such as DMZ military schedules, traffic, or weather conditions.

No changes or refunds will be given for those who fail to arrive on time for departure, regardless of the reason.

DMZ is military area and can be closed suddenly without any notice. If it happens, alternative tour will be provided and no refunds.

Visiting the 3rd Tunnel is not recommended for those with heart conditions or other serious medical issues due to its physically demanding nature.

Tour duration time might be changed depends on site and traffic condition.

Lunch Notice: Depending on the day’s schedule, a short meal break will be provided at Dorasan Observatory or Tongilchon Village. As this is a group tour with a fixed itinerary, please understand that the lunch break may be shorter than a typical meal time. We recommend planning accordingly.
