Redemption Instructions

Please be ready at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to your pick-up time. If pick up at your hotel is not available a near location will be provided. Kindly confirm you have received your meeting point details with according pick up time. Printed voucher is recommended.

Pickup Information

Pick up details will be sent to you by email within 24 hours after receiving the booking. Kindly make sure you have inserted the hotel name or accommodation address in your booking. Not all accommodations are available for pickup at the door. If pickup at your hotel is not available, a nearby location will be provided. The pickup time will depend on guest's location in Algarve, normally between 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
