For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

Look for the brightly colored ticket booth under the Texas flag. Please check in there to receive your boarding pass. If you haven’t signed a waiver yet, you’ll be asked to complete one before boarding. ***Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your departure time. ***During Summer Season, traffic becomes backed up to the Island some days for over an hour or two. Please plan to arrive at the Island accordingly. We ask that you arrive at least 1 hour prior to departure to check in. We will not hold the boat past 5 minutes. Our departure times are quick turn around, and cannot wait past that time. Thank you, Isla Tours
