Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of your trip due to traffic and parking difficulties at the seaside. If the boat departure is missed, the ticket is neither exchangeable nor refundable. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the activity in case of bad weather conditions. The captain reserves the right to modify or shorten the excursion in case of unfavorable weather or inappropriate behavior of a passenger for the safety on board, this not being able to be the subject of a request for compensation, reimbursement or postponement.
