Redemption Instructions

"Your Viator voucher is your ticket. Please show your digital or printed voucher to our representative at the hotel lobby or at the marina entrance. Our guide will be holding a sign with your name or our company logo to assist you with the boarding process."

Pickup Information

"Please be ready at your hotel's main entrance (outside gate) 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Our driver will be looking for you with a sign. For some hotels, pickup might be at the security gate due to resort regulations."
