For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Head to the Vallarta Adventures offices in Nuevo Vallarta (new nayarit) at least 45 minutes before departure. Carry your booking confirmation and valid ID. Pay the dock fee before boarding. Staff will guide you to the assigned boat. Enjoy!

Location of Check-in: Head to the Vallarta Adventures office located at the Maritima terminal Early arrival: Make sure to arrive at least 45 minutes before the boat's departure time to check in. Documentation required: Take with you a copy of your booking confirmation (printed or digital).Have a valid official ID on hand. -Before boarding, you will need to cover the dock fee. Payment in cash only Dress code: Wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes (avoid heels or platforms). During the winter months, wear a sweater or light coat. Additional accessories: Carry insect repellent and extra money for souvenirs, photos or tips. Boarding Point: After check-in, follow the instructions of the staff to board the assigned boat
