Redemption Instructions

Our driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign outside or inside the Cruise terminal at the specified pickup time. (Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area). Hotel pick up, The driver will meet you directly in the main hotel lobby at the specified pickup time. If the service exceeds the set amount of hourly allowance or requires additional hours, the additional costs will be charged at £55 per hour for the Sedan and minivan, £65 per hour for the Van, payable to the driver at the end of the service in cash or credit card (4% Credit card transaction fee) If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day.

Pickup Information

We will pick you up directly from the cruise terminal (Southampton hotels) and bring you back to the cruise terminal.
