For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

- Please make sure to let us know the exact address of your accommodation in Barcelona. We will pick you up from your hotel or apartment in Barcelona. - We will send an email 24 hours prior to departure to inform you of the specific pick-up time at your hotel as well as your guide's name and phone number. - Please, consider that to be able to enter the Sagrada Familia you must dress appropriately and adhere to the following restrictions: no see-through clothing, tops must cover the shoulders, plunging necklines or exposed backs or bellies are not acceptable, shorts and skirts must come down to at mid-thigh. - We remind you that we take care of the ticket reservation to La Sagrada Familia (approximately €26) and that you will have to pay the due value in cash to your guide on the day of the tour. - Please let us know your children’s age to arrange the proper child seat (if applies).

Pickup Information

- We will pick you up from any hotel or apartment in Barcelona. Please make sure to include the address of your accommodation when booking. - Even if your Hotel is not listed, you can type it down in the field. - Unfortunately, we are unable to provide pick-up or drop-off services at the cruise terminal or the airport - We will send a message the day before departure through the booking system to inform you of the specific pick-up time at your hotel as well as the name of your guide and the telephone number.
