Redemption Instructions

Please contact us to reconfirm your booking at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled travel. Your driver will be waiting for you at the airport with a name sign at the baggage claim for domestic arrivals, or at the customs exit for international arrivals. The allotted waiting time is 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Your driver will not arrive at the airport until 45 minutes after international flight arrivals to allow for the lengthy customs clearance process. Please contact our office if you need any guidance or if you cannot locate your driver.

Pickup Information

This is for a private pickup in one of our luxury Sedan or SUV (MPV) type vehicles. Vehicles will be of the following makes : Lincoln, Cadillac, Mercedes, BMW or similar. All vehicles are black/black and include your knowledgeable chauffeur who will coordinate pickup from the airport to your destination.
