Meeting and Pickup
Exchange your voucher at the Big Bus Visitors Center (Fisherman's Wharf, 99 Jefferson St) at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled Alcatraz date to be informed of your Alcatraz departure time. Muir Woods Tours depart at 8:30am and 1:30pm.
Redemption Instructions
PLEASE NOTE: This voucher is not your Alcatraz ticket. Muir Woods Tours and Alcatraz Tours must be taken on two separate dates. Before your travel date, please email the full names of all guests to Alcatraz@BigBusTours.com. For guests under age 18, please provide exact age as well. Exchange your voucher at the Big Bus Visitors Center (Fisherman's Wharf, 99 Jefferson St) at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled Alcatraz date to be informed of your Alcatraz departure time. Muir Woods Tours depart at 8:30am and 1:30pm. Alternatively, you may exchange your voucher for an actual ticket on the day of your tour between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM or the day before your tour between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
