For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

- Please make sure to let us know the exact address of your accommodation in Barcelona city. We will pick you up from your hotel or apartment in Barcelona city. - We will send an email the day before departure to inform you of the specific pick-up time at your hotel as well as your guide's name and phone number. - Please, consider that to be able to enter the Sagrada Familia you must dress appropriately and adhere to the following restrictions: no see-through clothing, tops must cover the shoulders, plunging necklines or exposed backs or bellies are not acceptable, shorts and skirts must come down to at mid-thigh. - Entrance tickets to La Sagrada Familia are included in the price of the tour. - Please let us know your children’s age to arrange the proper child seat (if applicable). - 1 child is free of charge. 2 or more children get a 50% discount, based on the price of two adults.

Pickup Information

- We will pick you up from any hotel or apartment in Barcelona. Please make sure to include the address of your accommodation when booking. - Even if your Hotel is not listed, you can type it down in the field. - Unfortunately, we are unable to provide pick-up or drop-off services at the cruise terminal or the airport - We will send a message the day before departure through the booking system to inform you of the specific pick-up time at your hotel as well as the name of your guide and the telephone number.
