Redemption Instructions

• Big Creek Expeditions Rafting Outpost • Address: 3671 Hartford Road, Hartford, TN 37753 Make sure that everyone in your group has secured shoes on, NO FLIP FLOPS / NO BARE FEET! • Shortly after the check-in time, you and your group will receive a brief orientation talk that covers some of the basics of rafting. • Guests will then meet their personal guide and receive the necessary equipment, including a PFD (aka life jacket), helmet and paddle. • After your guide double-checks to make sure all equipment is fitted properly, • guests then take a short walk down to the river where their raft awaits. After the trip, guests hop on our bus for a short 10-minute ride back to our outpost.
