Meeting and Pickup
To find us, look for the guide with a red flag! Meet your guide between the Hard Rock and KFC, in front of the modernist lamppost. You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour starts. Take note that if you’re not on time, you won’t be able to enter by your own or join a group later.
Redemption Instructions
Meet your guide at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour start time. He or she will have tickets for the entire group. This is not an individual ticket. You can only enter with a tour guide. If you arrive late, you will not be able to enter. Know before you go: - All visitors must go through a security check, which may take up to 25 minutes in high season. - The Sagrada Familia is occasionally closed to the public - Modest clothing is required: Inside the Basilica you can not go with your head covered, shorts or bare shoulders. - For safety reasons, no hats are allowed inside the nave or the museum, except for religious or health-related reasons. - Itinerary is subject to change in the case of special events at the attraction or big crowds. - You will need to arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before the tour starts. If you arrive after this, your timed-entry ticket will not be valid. - Please do not enter the monument barefoot - It is not permitted to give headsets to children under the age of 12.
