Please note that all participants must meet the following requirements: • Be able to swim & comfortable in the water • Be able to understand & communicate in English • Have a moderate level of fitness • Be within safety gear size parameters: Height: 150 cm-200 cm (4’11’’ - 6’7’’) Weight: 45-120 kg (99-265 lbs) • Have signed medical clearance from a doctor if you have any conditions outlined in the handbook For your safety, our guides reserve the right to deny participation if the above requirements are not met. *Important: Medical Conditions and Participation* Certain medical conditions disqualify guests from participating in the tour, while others require official doctor's clearance. All snorkelers must fill out a medical form before participating in the tour. For your safety, we cannot accommodate guests with the following conditions: • Heart or blood vessel disease, stroke • Heart attack • Lung disease (excluding asthma with doctor clearance) • Recent surgeries (within last 6 months) • Pregnancy • Pneumothorax (collapsed lung), other chest disease, chest surgery • Epilepsy, seizures, convulsions, or taking any related medication Please carefully review the MEDICAL STATEMENT section of the handbook to see whether you have a medical condition that requires a doctor's note to participate (asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, recent surgeries or cancer treatment, and more) Remember to inform the operator (info@adventures.is) where you would like to be picked up for your tour at least 48 hours before departure time. Pickup Information

Please note the pickup process starts at your selected tour time and can take up to 30 minutes. Thank you in advance for your patience. We only serve the pick-up locations specified in our pick-up list below. Due to traffic restrictions, we are not allowed to pick up from hotels in the city center nor from private Air BnBs. If your pick-up location is not on our pick-up list then we kindly ask you to find the closest pick-up point to your accommodation from our list.

Minimum age is 12 years old. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian booked on the same tour.

PLEASE BRING: Warm base layers, preferably made from fleece or wool (not cotton), warm socks, a small towel and a change of clothes (just in case)

All participants must be able to swim and understand English to be able to safely participate in the tour

This is a small group tour ensuring a more personalized experience limited to 6 participants per guide.

Size Requirements: Weight limit: 45-120kg. Height limit: 150cm – 200cm.

Glasses cannot be worn under the goggles. Please bring contact lenses if required.

Pregnant women are unfortunately unable to participate due to the risk of cold water entering the suit.

Medical issues outlined in our handbook require doctors approval to join the tour. Some conditions mean guests cannot participate.
