Redemption Instructions

• Pick up time is estimated (between 6.30 and 11.00am). We will send you phone number to the driver and exact pick up time max. by 8.30pm the day before the tour. • It is the tour by car, maximum 8 participants in the vehicle. Standard car for this tour is saloon (sedan) car (e.g. VW Passat, Skoda Superb), van when 3-4 people (e.g. VW Sharan) or minibus when 4-8 people (e.g. Opel Vivaro, Mercedes Vito/Viano/V class) depending on the final group size • Driver will be at your disposal at all times. If you travel with kids and you do not want them to see Auschwitz inside driver will take care of them. • Please describe your special wishes while booking this trip; we will do our best to fulfill them. We can even provide wheelchairs.
