Redemption Instructions

• Comfortable walking shoes and a light jacket are recommended. • Minimum 4 group size. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. The exact pickup time and location will be provided upon reconfirmation

Pickup Information

Pickup is only from all major hotels and resorts on the Kona and Kohala Coast between 9:30 am and 10:30 am. If you are staying at a vacation rental in Kona, you will be directed to the nearest hotel for pickup. If you are staying at a vacation rental in Kohala Coast or near Hilo, you will be directed to one of the locations below for pickup The back parking lot by the two yellow umbrellas at Queens' Marketplace in Waikoloa Foodland Farms at The Shops at Mauna Lani ( 1330 Mauna Lani Dr, Waimea, HI 96743 ) The supplier will send you a confirmation email with the exact pickup location and time. Please call the supplier if you don't receive an email.
