Meeting and Pickup
CHECK IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR TIME at Norquay's North American Lodge, 6km (3.7 miles) from Banff, via Mt Norquay Scenic Drive. When arriving, go past the first two lots. Park in lot posted as 'P3', follow short walking path to Lodge. Free shuttle available from Banff.
Redemption Instructions
Please check in at the Guest Services desk inside the North American lodge NOT LATER THAN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TIME. When arriving at Mt Norquay, continue straight ahead, following the signs for via ferrata parking. An Exclusion of Liability Waiver must be signed prior to tour departure. Suitable, sturdy hiking boots are required and can be rented at no charge. Size availability is not guaranteed.
