Redemption Instructions

- Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. - Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund - If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. - The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions - Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time. - Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

Pickup Information

We highly recommend meeting at The Original Farmers Market, 6333 W 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90036. Please meet in front of Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at 8:30 AM for the morning tour or 1:30 PM for the afternoon tour. Complimentary pickup is available from this location. • Morning Tour: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM • Afternoon Tour: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Additional Pickup Options outside of the complimentary pickup locations are available with additional fee. Please select the right options for your departure location. Pick up time from outside of the complimentary pickup locations is about one hour before the tour. • Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) • Santa Monica • Anaheim/Disneyland area • San Pedro Cruise Port • Burbank Additional pickup locations can be arranged upon request. Each request will be reviewed based on distance, scheduling, and route efficiency. If the location falls within our standard service area, it will be included; otherwise, an additional fee may apply.
