Redemption Instructions

Please present your mobile or printed Viator voucher to your host at the time of pick-up. Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed one day before your tour, between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, once the shared route has been finalized. Please be ready in your hotel's main lobby or at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Your confirmed pick-up information will be sent through Viator, WhatsApp (when available), or email (when available). If you have any questions or do not receive your pick-up details by 8:00 PM the day before your tour, please contact us immediately.
