Redemption Instructions

Meeting point at Colle Oppio Park - Via delle Terme di Tito, corner of Via Nicola Salvi, inside the park - 15 minutes before the start of your tour (please look for the I Love Rome logo carried by our staff). Tours with pick-up (optional higher price): if you have booked a pick-up, please email rome@grayline.com or call 0039 06 474 2501 0039 348 8112027 (WhatsApp only) hours before your tour starts to confirm your pick-up time. Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the assigned time.

Pickup Information

If you wish to add a hotel transfer service (different rate applies) please select the option with pickup during the reservation process. If you select the option with Pickup service, be ready 45 minutes before departure in the hotel lobby (60 minutes for non-central hotels). For info regarding service feasibility/coverage verification, ask the reception or contact our booking office.
