Redemption Instructions

You can be picked up from a private address other than hotels in Porto & Vila Nova de Gaia downtown area/city center only (Matosinhos Cities are outside pick-up limits) Our pick-ups happen between 8am & 8:45am (the time window for all client pick-ups), so we advise to always aim to be ready at 8am in advance.
