Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
Please meet up 30 minutes prior to start of the activity to insure on time departure. Meet us at the harbor. We are at A pier, on the east side of the harbor, across from the main parking lot slip A-03
Redemption Instructions
• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for pregnant women • Evidence of dive certification is required from all divers • Diving within 18 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving • Must be a certified diver • Minimum age is 14 years • Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
