Redemption Instructions

PLease acknowledge that the pick up time is way before the start time of the tour that you booked. Pick up start usually at least more than 1 hour before the start time of tour booked : the tour guide will reach out to you the day before to give your pick up time. Thanks

Pickup Information

We can pick you up from any place in San Juan area, and the selected areas on the road from San Juan to El Yunque : Carolina, Rio Grande, Luquillo. Note 1 : The pick ups START at least 90 minutes before the started time booked, (Especially when the season is busy, in order to beat the traffic the tour guide will let you know the exact pick up time the day before). Makes sure to acknowledge that before booking !!! Note 2 : We don't do pick up in Dorado, Humacao or Bayamon ... but you can meet us in San Juan, or directly in El yunque , and we take you from there. Please note : We don't accept infants less than 2 years old !
