Meeting and Pickup
PICKUP TIME: 9:30AM [Afternoon times available upon request — if enough riders ask, we’ll add a special afternoon time just for you}. Pickup your bike at our headquarters located in Volcano Village behind the Lava Rock Cafe in the rear parking lot. We have secure parking and restrooms.
Redemption Instructions
WHAT TO BRING? -- Credit Card and Identification for the $1500 equipment deposit. -- Layered Clothing (t-shirt, shorts, jacket, and/or sweatpants) -- Closed Toed Shoes (required) -- Rain Jacket (can be purchased at the Kilauea General Store) -- Backpack -- Protective Eyewear (sun glasses or prescription glasses) required -- Sunscreen -- Camera -- Binoculars -- Your Sense of Adventure -- !!! Riders should wear layered clothing to ensure your comfort while bicycling. Temperatures at the Summit (4000 above sea level) sometimes range in the low 60s to upper 70s - PLEASE DRESS APPROPRIATELY AND BE PREPARED FOR WET, WINDY, AND MISTY CONDITIONS.
