Meeting and Pickup
Esplanade de l´europe in front of the Austra Rocks Bar (Ayers Rock). Directions: It's a 15 min walk from place de la comedie or you can take the tram n°1 or 4 and stop at "Place de l'Europe".

Itinerary
1. Our guide will drive you to a beautifil traditional wine estate, you will visit the cellar and oak barrel room and finish with a tasting of their delicious range of wines (4 wines tasted)
2. You will then stop at an oyster farm to learn about this little konw production and enjoy 6 oysters paired with a glass of the typicl white wine of the region: the Picpoul de Pinet. For those who don't like oysters you can try the speciality of fried mussels instead and admire the amazing view on the thau lagoon.
