Your tour guide will be communicated to you by message on the Viator messaging system. Please make sure to check your messages. Your guide will be meeting you at Sham Shui Po MTR station Exit A (Concourse Level, in front of 7-11). We STRONGLY recommend taking the MTR . Your guide will wait INSIDE the exit. Do not go out to street level. IF you arrive by taxi, please GO DOWN the stairs to the basement level of MTR station and find the EXIT A Please arrive on time, as we are unable to wait for late arrivals out of consideration for other guests. If you arrive late and the group has already left, Please check our 'What to do if you are late' in the confirmation document. Your tour guide needs it in case you get lost. If you are running late, lost, or unable to join the tour due to illness, please contact your tour guide by WhatsApp before the tour starts.
