Meeting and Pickup
Meet at our shop for check in, then follow us to the kayaking location. This is 5-10 minutes by car from our shop. If you are travelling by taxi, Uber, Lyft, by bicycle, or walking, we need to make arrangement to get you to the kayak launch site, so please call us to determine the best solution.
Redemption Instructions
IMPORTANT - Your tour is not fully booked until we communicate with each other! Although you may have booked a tour with us through Viator, we do not schedule it on our end until we speak over the phone or text or email. We need information that Viator does not collect! Our phone is 1-321-505-7455. Our email is contact@a1afunrentals.com. We meet at our storefront before departing out on the trip to finilize the trip details, and make sure we all have everything we need. Then we'll drive to our chosen launch site, where you will follow us. If you do not have transportation, you must call to make arrangements with us, or you can have your taxi/Uber driver wait for us to depart, usually 5-10 minutes.
