For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
PLEASE READ THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW: 1. Check your email (and spam folder) for any important messages from DETOURS American West, the local tour operator. DETOURS cannot be held accountable if you do not check your emails. 2. You must contact DETOURS American West, the local tour operator, regarding your pick up location AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR DATE at 1-480-633-9013. Your pick up time will be between 6-7am, however, DETOURS will EMAIL you the afternoon before your tour with an exact pick up time. 3. Hotel pick up is not guaranteed, even if you are staying at a hotel within the pick up zone. There IS a chance you will have to meet at another location for pick up. You are responsible for getting yourself to the pick up location. 4. Arizona state law requires children under 8 years to have either a child seat or booster. Child seats are not provided, please bring your own. 5. You must cancel/reschedule outside 24 hours prior to the tour date in order to receive a refund/reschedule. No exceptions made for canceled flights or illness. 6. Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
Pickup Information
For public tours, we do not offer pickup from private residences, and pickup is not guaranteed for all hotels. Even if your hotel appears on the list, there is a chance you may need to meet at an alternate location. If that is the case, the tour supplier will designate the closest available meeting point for your excursion. For private tours, pickup is available from both hotels and private residences located within the designated pickup zone. The tour supplier's contact information will be included on your prepaid ticket for any questions or arrangements. Pickup usually occurs between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM, with an expected return between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Please note that DETOURS cannot be held responsible for late arrivals back to Phoenix due to unforeseen delays or traffic conditions. Last-Minute Bookings: Tours booked after 7:00 PM (Arizona time) the night before may not be confirmed. In such cases, you may need to meet at a designated hotel for pickup. Our office will contact you by 6:00 AM on the morning of your tour with further details.
