For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Please contact us directly at +66 81 415 3549 , +66 81 5381552 if you have any questions regarding the hotel pickup time and location • If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.
Pickup Information
-We pick up from everywhere in Phuket and every kind of accommodation (hotels, Airbnb's, villas, hostels, etc). If pickup location is not listed, please contact us via email, WhatsApp or local phone number at least 1 day before tour date. -Please ensure that your pick-up point is the same as the accommodation where you are staying. -If tourists stay at Coconut Island, we will pick them up and drop them off at the Laem Hin Pier or Laem Hin Lagoon Pier. -We will send you your tour pick-up time by 5 pm the day before your tour
