For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Child rate applies only when sharing with 2 paying adults • Children must be accompanied by an adult • Minimum numbers apply (5). There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund • For children and infants, valid proof of birth date will be required upon meeting the guide (birth certificate or passport copy) • Dress code is smart casual: swimming suit, towel, biodegradable sun block lotion, hat(cap), and sunglasses are recommended  • Not wheelchair accessible
