Redemption Instructions

PICK UP • If you have selected pickup from Reykjavík, please be ready at your pickup location at 8:00 AM. Please note that the pickup process can take up to 30 minutes depending on traffic and your location along the pickup route - thank you in advance for your patience. • Please add your pickup location or inform the operator (info@adventures.is) where you would like to be picked up for your tour no later than 48 hours prior to your tour departure. Pick up is offered from select Reykjavik pick up points. Please find a full list of available pick-up points by visiting https://adventures.is/information/pick-up/ IMPORTANT • Hiking boots with ankle support are required for the glacier hike. If you don’t have your own you can rent a pair on-site. We also have waterproof pants and jackets available to rent for a small fee. • The minimum age required to participate is 8 years old. • In order to securely fit our specialized glacier crampons, guests must have a shoe size between 35 - 50 (EU). • The glacier hike is rated as easy to moderate - no prior experience is required- however, guests should be prepared to hike ~6km over uneven terrain with moderate elevation changes • Please check your email before you hit the road to double-check that everything is running as scheduled. In the event of unfavourable conditions, we will send out a cancellation email.

Pickup Information
