The meeting point is in Piazza Risorgimento, in the middle of the square, at Bar L'Ottagono. Our emergency numbers are: 0039 06 474 2501 (6:30 AM – 8:00 PM 365 days) 0039 348 8112027 (Whatsapp only) Please be at to the meeting point no later than 15 minutes before the start time • Late arrivals will not be accommodated • Please allow a short walk (200 meters) from the meeting point to Museums Entrance • The emergency number provided is to be used during the departure (30 minutes before/after the scheduled departure time). This tour visits religious sites, and there is a dress code to be observed. Visitors must be dressed appropriately: no sleeveless blouses, no miniskirts, no shorts, and no hats are allowed. Option with Pick-up please call 24 hours before the tour starts to receive your pickup time and please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to assigned pickup time. Service available for hotel centrally located only. Pick up starting from 45mins approx before tour departure. From August 6 2021, the entrance will only be granted if in possession of: • COVID-19 green certification, issued after the administration of the first dose of vaccine, which is valid from the fifteenth day following until the date scheduled for the administration of the second dose (in case of a double-dose vaccine). The green certificate is in any case valid for nine months after completion of the vaccination cycle; • Recovery from the Sars-CoV-2 infection (six months validity); • Negative result of Sars-CoV-2 in a rapid molecular or antigenic test with a (48 hours validity); When entering you must show this documentation and your ID for a proper check. PLEASE NOTE: in lack of a Green Pass and a valid ID document, there will be no refund for any previously purchased tickets.

Hotel Pickup Details: Be ready 45 minutes before departure in the hotel lobby (60 minutes for non-central hotels). For info regarding service feasibility/coverage verification, ask the reception or contact our booking office. If your hotel is not covered, please reach the meeting point on your own. Self-Arrival Option: * If your accommodation isn't within our pickup service area, please come directly to the tour's starting point. * Arrive at Piazza del Risorgimento, central to the square, adjacent to Bar l'Ottagono, 20 minutes before the tour begins. * Spot our team wearing the 'I love Rome' logo in pink.
