Please expect communication from Best Bay Area Tours about exact pickup time. If you don't receive a call by the night prior, please call to confirm. Hotel pickup time in the following zones: Fisherman's Wharf/Lombard Street Corridor: CONTACT TO RECONFIRM Union Square/SOMA: CONTACT TO RECONFIRM Your tour is with BEST BAY AREA TOURS. Please look for a gray or black bus with this signage. Please give a window of 15 minutes from pick up time in case previous passengers are not on time. If you have been confirmed the night before, you needn't call the office. There is a possibility that the Giant Sequoia (the massive 2500-year old trees) hike will not be available due to winter weather conditions. This is often the case in the winter months. If you are looking for other activities in the Bay Area on your vacation, please check out the other offerings from BEST BAY AREA TOURS on Trip Advisor. These include tours that go to a Giant Redwood forest (the tallest trees on the planet that are 1500-years old) with a half day along the California Coast, or the Redwoods and wineries of the Russian River.
