• Child policy:
• Children under 3 years old are not permitted to fly.
• Children under 17 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Good to know:
• Pregnant guests beyond 3 months (13 weeks) of pregnancy are not permitted to fly.
• Guests must be able to climb into and out of the 1.2-metre-high balloon basket without assistance.
• Passengers over 100kg must provide their weight when booking.
• Wear sturdy shoes and layered outdoor clothing; white clothing is not recommended.
• Food and drink are not permitted in the balloon basket.
• Flight times, launch sites and landing sites vary according to weather conditions.
