• Child policy:
• Children under 2 years are free of charge but must sit on an adult's lap. Passengers travelling with an infant are required to book a private flight.
• Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
• Good to know:
• The maximum weight limit per passenger is 135kg.
• If you are booking for two passengers and the combined total passenger weight is 180kg or higher, you are required to book a private flight.
• Pregnant women are allowed, but it is advisable to consult with their doctor before booking.
• Individuals with disabilities can be accommodated; however, it is requested that they inform the activity operator of the level of assistance needed after the booking is confirmed.
• Flight operations are subject to weather conditions and pilot discretion. Generally, flights can proceed in overcast conditions or light drizzle as long as visibility remains favourable. In the event that a flight cannot proceed due to adverse weather, you will have the option to either postpone or reschedule your flight.
• The experience includes a photo opportunity with the pilot and the aircraft.
