Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

1. Download the Smartvisit app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. 2. Open the app, create an account, and log in. 3. Add your pass to the app: - Tap Add Package. - In Pass Number / Booking Reference, enter your booking reference from Tasting Trails. - Tap Add Package again to confirm. 4. Register your pass (or passes, if you booked more than one): - Select Me if you will be using the pass yourself or want to manage multiple passes on one device. - Select Assign To if you want to give a pass to someone else to use on their own device. They will receive the pass number by email and can follow the same steps above to activate it. 5. Your pass will now appear in the Smartvisit app. Tap the image to open it and see all included benefits.
