Please ensure that you have entered the correct contact details upon booking. If you have not been contacted, please call +65 6732 4422 hours of operation are from 09.00am to 18.00pm Monday to Friday or email to enquiries@luxury.com.sg Upon pickup, please present your confirmation/voucher or photo ID in exchange for your activity.

Pickup Information

• Hotel pick-up is available from selected locations across Singapore, including Boat Quay, Marina Bay, Orchard Road, Chinatown, Bugis, Little India, City Hall, Suntec City, Tanjong Pagar, Novena, Balestier, Paya Lebar, Joo Chiat, Katong, and surrounding areas. Guests are kindly requested to wait in the hotel lobby for their scheduled pick-up. • Hotels located outside the city center will be subject to an additional charge. • Please be in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
