Overview

You will get to eat dishes that you can never eat outside a traditional South Indian home. No restaurant serves this kind of food, and most ingredients we use would surprise you! We are a vegetarian household preserving traditional recipes, and the experience can be accommodated to people who are plant-based. You will also get to use unique tools for coconut cutting, coconut shaving, steaming, etc. Given our global experiences, we will also help you make connections between our cuisine and your own, and help you adapt what you learn to where you live. We want you to learn our recipes and re-create them in your homes!
