ATTENTION!!! For National Park entrance ticket and issuing travel accident insurance please provide one of the following via extranet chat/email or WhatsApp: • Clear photo of the passport, or • Full name (as in passport), date of birth, passport number, and nationality (for each traveler) Pickup time depends on your hotel location. The exact pickup time will be sent via the booking platform in advance or at least one day before the travel date. The pickup time is depend of your hotel location. If the day before travel date you still not receive a message from us with the exact time to pickup from your hotel, please contact us through the booking platform message system or contact us by +66985764957 (mobile, WhatsApp ). On the day of departure, please wait in your hotel lobby at the confirmed pickup time. For safety reasons, pregnant women are not permitted on speedboat tours. The operator reserves the right to deny participation in such cases. What to bring: • Swimsuits, swimming trunks • A change of clothes • Beach towels • Sunscreen (SPF +50 recommended) • Hat, sunglasses • Money for national park fees, souvenirs, tips and personal expenses • Reef shoes (recommended) • Waterproof phone case If it rains the tour takes place.
